THE LOSS – WHO WILL

John Tom had been separated from his wife for seven years. He is a God fearing man who has plagued with loneliness. He had Gone to the church to worship and also to ask God to get him companionship. He is still madly in love with his wife, however, with her hashed continuous treatment he decides and prefers to live without her although been lonely. He is in the twilight of his years and with a house once filled with laughter and six children all that is now gone. The children had all grown and left home. The news of the death of two of his son’s killed by the hands of gunmen had left him with great pain and grief ; which he now carries heavily in his heart. September 3, 2021 about 9:30pm was a significant date and time in his life without his knowledge and awareness. Christina Jones, had fled her home after a narrow escape from men who had entered her home and tried to break-in. With swift action she scared the men away. The police was quick in action and was there within minutes. Christina had left her home then and a year later, she ran into John Tom. He greeted her with a warm, bright and friendly smile. They had known each other for sometimes but hardly seen each other. She asked him for his telephone number. He told her the number. She hurriedly entered it in her phone as she hurriedly walked way. She was in a rush. It was out of sight out of mind because she did not remember him after she left. She was too busy. Months later as she stride hurriedly along the street, she glanced him as she was about to passed him and he shouted ” How you never call me?” She then slow down and said, ” Give me your number again.” As she walked away he shouted afte her; ” Called me.” As he made sign with his fist doubled and placed it at his ear. Later that evening she called him and made mentioned that she needed somewhere to stay until she secured her home. Christina was moved into John’s home by John himself. He welcomed her and immediately she noticed that John’s home was badly in need of cleaning. She now stays at John’s home and keeps him and the house clean by doing daily chores of cleaning and washing his clothes. She doesn’t mind doing it for him. Somehow, someone is on the losing end. His wife had visited the home on three occasions. During her first and second visits, she was on good behaviour, however, her third visit was very early on a Sunday morning. She asked Christina, if she knew her. She was no stranger to Christina, she knew her from they were both teenagers. It seems like she did not remember Christina. She told her that she nor her estrange husband did not know anything about her. She told Christina if she couldn’t tell her the name of her ex boyfriend, her sisters’ name and her home address she would have to leave. Well she was in for a long wait because Christina was not going to tell her. Christina became suspicious of both husband and wife as she wondered if it was a setup. She was aware of John’s desire and restless to be intimate with her. The wife was adamant that she had to leave within two days; She then changed her mind to one day. She told her husband that she got a vision early that morning, God had showed her Christina, that she was going to throw something in her husband’s meal. She then changed it to Christina throwing something in the man’s meal and the man was walking the streets while Christina was in the man’s house. Christina knew that she was telling lies because she had not done anything like that so God couldn’t show or tell her that. The woman knows also that she was telling lies. She left and during the following days she contacted her estrange husband and told him that she had gone to the Christina’s work place to make enquiry of her. She tried to convince him to let Christina go. However, he had no intention of doing so. Neither does she intend to give up. Christina intention is clear and centered on her home accomplishment – Where will all this left John Tom? Christina was not pressuring him for anything. She now sees it as his wife duty to take care of him. He is responsible for her and takes care of her. Christina believes that since she is there free for the time been she doesn’t mind doing the housekeeping. However, she certainly not going to bed with him. She knows her worth and certainly not going to sell herself short. There is no way she was going to wash, cook, clean and then goes to bed with him. Giving him everything free soso suh? Looking at him she is sure he couldn’t satisfied her in bed and she certainly not prepared to make such sacrifice unless she has entered a committed relationship with him. If she did it would have to be one of loving tender care. She is kind, loving, caring, sincere and industrious. certainly he would be a fool to loose her. Once committed she wouldn’t even look at another man. Certainly this loss will be his not her’s. Christina is a strong woman who won’t allow herself to be used. He had became stern and adamant to protect her. However, the thought of not able to support her won’t work. She refuses to be anyone’s fool or plaything. She firmly believes that a men should be the head of the 🏠 and therefore should play their roll as such while women play their part as women. It certainly would be foolish of any woman to live with a man and not getting anything. It is simple don’t let anybody use you or fool you. The moment a man tries that it means that there is no love or respect in that relationship. Exception to the rule – if he genuinely cannot afford it that is different, however, make sure him genuine.
